1 TWO 1 provide a fully comprehensive Accident Management service, encompassing all aspects of Accident Management from first notification of loss & claims management through to insurance liaison, repair management and repatriation of vehicle.

We provide a Complementary Service and derive our income from the supply of replacement vehicles involved in non fault accidents along with a small percentage of the repair charges from the repairer.

We have a nationwide network of approved repairers who are the country’s leading independent network of body shops with a focus on customer service and quality of repair.

Our incidents are managed by an experienced and dedicated claims handling team, providing drivers with a central point of contact for help and advice when they need it most.

All customer contact and incidents are handled by our U.K. first response team manned by trained staff until 12 midnight 5 days a week and until 1:00 pm on Saturday via a dedicated 24 hour free phone telephone service.

Replacement vehicle - If you are the innocent party involved in the accident, you are entitled by law not to be disadvantaged as a result.  As the driver of the vehicle, you have the right to expect the use of a similar make and model whilst your own vehicle is undergoing repair and the costs associated with the hire paid by the guilty party. 

If you are at fault, either fully or partially, you will be provided with one of two alternatives:

Courtesy Car Provision or Upgrade Facility

If your vehicle is undriveable we also provide a 24 hour roadside recovery service for accident related emergencies.

If you are unfortunate enough to be injured in a non-fault incident we also provide a complementary Uninsured Loss Recovery & Personal Injury recovery service along with complementary legal assistance and advice. Delivery of replacement vehicle to location that suits you and onward delivery of damaged vehicle to nationwide network of repairers via professional uniformed delivery drivers.
